1. Allowed use
Use Scalattice to run lawful AI inference for your applications, evaluate models, and (as a provider) contribute GPU capacity under our terms and your hardware licences.
2. Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, including fraud, malware distribution, or child sexual abuse material
- Attempting to compromise Scalattice, other users, or provider machines
- Scraping or abusing the API beyond published rate limits or to circumvent billing
- Using the Services to violate others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
- Submitting prompts or content you are not allowed to process
- Provider tampering with the agent, job isolation, or metering
- Operating provider hardware in breach of manufacturer or driver licence terms
3. Enforcement
We may suspend machines, ban accounts, refuse jobs, or terminate access for violations. Serious abuse may be reported to authorities.
