Controller / Processor. For account, billing, and platform telemetry, Robottik Ltd acts as a controller. For customer prompts and model outputs processed solely to provide the inference API to a business customer, Robottik Ltd acts as a processor and independent GPU providers may act as sub-processors for job execution.
Instructions. We process inference content only to provide the Services, meter usage, secure the network, and comply with law, not to train foundation models on your prompts by default.
Security. Technical and organisational measures include TLS in transit, hashed API secrets, access controls, and isolation of internal control planes. See also Security.
Subprocessors. Listed at Subprocessors. We will update that page when material subprocessors change.
International transfers. Where UK GDPR applies, transfers outside the UK use appropriate safeguards (for example the UK IDTA / Addendum) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Assistance. We will reasonably assist with data subject requests, breach notification, and audits as required by applicable law and the signed DPA.
Deletion / return. On account deletion (after the grace period) or contract end, we delete or anonymise personal data we hold as processor, subject to legal retention needs.
