What a grant is
A grant is a limited program with its own focus and reward. When a program is open, you can apply from Cloud. We read your answers, decide, and if approved add wallet or model credits to your developer account. Grants are not the same as any welcome bonus you might see when you first set up as a developer; those (if offered) are automatic and do not require an application.
Who it is for
Programs vary. Typical fits include early products that will call the API in production, student or research projects with a clear use case, and maintainers who will keep an integration alive. We care that you are building something real and that credits will be used on Scalattice, not stockpiled or flipped.
How to apply
- Sign in on Scalattice Cloud → Developer grants.
- Choose an open program that matches what you are building.
- Answer the questions honestly and specifically.
- Submit and wait for a decision by email or in your account.
More than one program may be open at a time. Eligibility and whether you can apply again depend on the program. The grants page shows what is available to you.
After you are approved
Create an slt_… API key under Developers and call https://api.scalattice.cloud/v1 like any prepaid account.
